Join us as we trek to the top of Wales to conquer Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon at an elevation of 1,085m!
We follow the Llanberis Path to the summit, starting from the village of Llanberis and roughly following the Snowdon Mountain Railway. As the path gradually rises we are privy to amazing views across the National Park! Our fully-supported trek will open up dramatic views as far as Anglesey (on a clear day!) as we approach the summit.
After the obligatory celebration photos at the summit, we start our descent via the Llanberis Path. Although this is the longest in distance, it is a gradual descent, so easy going underfoot after our climb to the summit. We are treated to the most stunning views as we wind our way down to Llanberis and back to our accommodation to for dinner and some much-needed rest! A perfect challenge for anyone new to trekking and charity challenge events.
