Matthew's Inca Trail Adventure
Hi Matthew! Well done on completing the Inca Trail Trek. Great photos, it looks like you had an amazing time.
So, Matthew, how did you feel before going on the trip?
I went on the trip as a solo traveller after being recommended it by a family member. I was so anxious at first getting to the airport, but my nerves were immediately put at ease when I met the other participants on the trip.
That’s great Matthew, good to hear. Did you make friends while on the trip?
I’ve met an amazing group of people, we’ve already planned a post-Peru meet-up in Wales.
That’s great Matthew. So, what would you say was the highlight of the challenge and why?
I would say the highlight of the challenge is the support you get from others doing the trip with you, not to mention the amazing views and history you learn along the way!
How were the leaders on the trip?
Our guide Anna was brilliant from the get-go! Her attitude and support throughout the entire trip was amazing, you could not fault her at all.
That is lovely to hear Matthew. How did you find the organisation of the trip?
The organization put into this trip is second to none, you are so well looked after from when you meet your guide at the airport. The porters and guides on the trek are amazing and the food is to die for.

I couldn't fault any part of the trip. I am so glad I got to do it with the people I did.
Amazing! So what would you say to anyone who is thinking of doing this trip?
I highly recommend doing this trip! Global Adventure Challenges knock it out of the park! So much so, that I have already booked my next trip.
